FRIEND PARENTING

We train parents on how to become friends without necessarily breaking the root parental and family conduct. As a major concern to the high rate of Radicalisation, unprecedented suicidal cases, indiscipline cases, and arson at schools experienced from youths, without parents being able to intervene in time because of lack of knowhow on merit in handling a specific behavioral individual.
We believe parents play the greatest role in the molding and cultivation of a child’s character and persona. We also understand that there are certain behaviours that might be an indication of specific covert mental illness that may arise time to time in a child. It can also be the kind of upbringing the child is undergoing, company the child is keeping or societal and peer pressure. However, knowing when to become a friend and when to become a parent will enable parents know the kind of challenge their children are facing; as this is a stage that no single child can ever skip in life.
If there is probable cause of

1.    Radicalisation
2.    Drug abuse
3.    physical abuse
4.    Sexual abuse
5.    experimentation
6.    mental issues

Early intervention by a parent will help in culminating the child from getting or partaking extreme actions.
We train parents on what to look out for in all these instances, how and when to properly and timely respond and where they can get professional help if need be.
